Referral disclosure

Last updated 2 November 2026. Questions: contact@aurorabiohazard.com.

Aurora Biohazard Cleanup is a referral service. It is not a cleanup company and does not employ cleanup workers, own equipment or perform any cleaning.

When you call the number on this website, a call-routing service connects you with an independent cleanup company that has agreed to take calls from your area. That company, or the network it belongs to, pays a fee for calls that lead to booked appointments. The fee does not change based on what you choose to buy.

The cleanup companies are independent businesses. This website does not supervise their work, set their prices or guarantee their results. Check a company's insurance and any licenses that apply before you hire it, and get the scope of work in writing.

Calls may be recorded by the call-routing service for quality and billing purposes.
